Recently I heard our pastor give an example of abundance that I really connected with. He said to imagine going to see the ocean for the first time. The water goes as far as you can see . You ask yourself, “How much water is in this ocean?” The answer is: abundance!
Going forward when I’m thinking about the abundance I am attracting into my life, I’m using this metaphor. I can’t even imagine or comprehend how much water is in the ocean!
The Bible states, in John 16:24 that He will give us abundant joy! In Romans 5:20 it says, “God’s law was given so that all people could see how sinful they were. But as people sinned more and more, G-d’s wonderful grace became more abundant. “ So, we have abundance in joy and grace, but did you know that G-d will give us abundance in all things?
2 Corinthians 9:8 tells us, “And G-d will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. “ Like my pastor often says, he’s researched the word “all” in the Bible and he’s found out that it means: all!
So we will have everything we need and plenty left over so we can share it with others! Isn’t that amazing!
My word for 2025 is abundance. Today I’m sharing my word with you in hopes that you also will have abundance in 2025.
